  • Museum of Tyrolean Farms

The Museum of Tyrolean Farms in Kramsach is Tyrol's largest open-air museum. Where people used to sit in the old parlor, saw wood, grind grain, forge or thresh, today you can find out how people once lived and worked.

  • Kramsach museum cemetery

Find an array of interesting handicraft spanning five centuries in the arcaded courtyard at the humorous graveless cemetery at the Sagzahn-Kunstschmiede (wrought iron blacksmith). Admire wrought iron grave crosses with amusing inscriptions and epitaphs (in German!)

  • Tyrolean Mining and Ironworks Museum Brixlegg

The Tyrolean Mining and Ironworks Museum in Brixlegg takes visitors on a journey of discovery through the history of mining in Tyrol. Mining and metallurgy from the Bronze Age to the heyday of the 15th and 16th centuries is vividly documented here.

  • Augustinian Museum Rattenberg

The Augustinian Museum in the historic glass town of Rattenberg displays Tyrolean art treasures from nine centuries, including masterpieces from the Romanesque and Gothic periods as well as evidence of religious folk art.

  • Rattenberg Museum of Craftsmanship

Nails were still being made in the craftsmanship museum (nailsmith's houses) in Rattenberg until 1912. The picturesque houses on the edge of Rattenberg's old town offer interesting insights into what life was once like for craftsmen.Alpbach Mountain Farm Museum
The Alpbach Valley with its gentle peaks, green alpine pastures and romantic villages with wooden houses is worth seeing in and of itself. In the Alpbach Mountain Farm Museum, a farm from the first half of the 17th century, you can see and feel how hard and modest life was on a mountain farm.

  • Kisslinger crystal glass

Kisslinger Kristallglas in Rattenberg takes you into the magical world of glass. It's quite possible that you won't be able to resist the creative products of the glassblowers, cutters, painters and engravers in the large exhibition area.

  • Matzen Nature Park

After so much to see in the surrounding area, we don't want to deprive you of the Matzen Nature Park. Matzen Castle to the south of Brixlegg dates back to the 16th century. It has magnificent English-style parks, which are among the most beautiful and valuable cultural landscapes in Tyrol.
