the Alpbachtal and its corners worth seeing

Tirol is one of the most popular travel destinations in the Alps. Some places are bustling, but in the Alpbachtal Seenland there is a relaxed, warm atmosphere. In the picturesque villages of the Alpbachtal, Brandenbergtal and Inntal valleys and the medieval glass town of Rattenberg, history and culture invite you to discover old Tyrolean tradition, art and culture.

Find an array of interesting handicraft spanning five centuries in the arcaded courtyard at the humorous graveless cemetery at the Sagzahn-Kunstschmiede (wrought iron blacksmith). Admire wrought iron grave crosses with amusing inscriptions and epitaphs (in German!)
